Returned goods for second thoughts
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than
14 days from the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement of the purchased item with another item.
In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund procedure.
Substitutions
