PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly vineyards nearby Garda Lake
VINIFICATION PROCESS: Classical white vinification. fermentation occurs inside steel vats at controlled temperature of 16⁰C, where selected yeasts are added. at the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the yeasts for asuitable period of time.
BOTTLING: 6 months after harvesting.
ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES
Colour: pale straw yellow with green shades.
Bouquet: Fresh and fruity, the bouquet is delicate with subtle notes of white flowers and almond.
Taste: Dry, Fresh elegant and well balanced with persistent smothness.
SERVING TEMPERATUR: 10-12° C.
SERVING SUGGESTION: An excellent companion to the fish courses, especially the first ones and vegetable herbs.

CORVINA VERONESE IGT
APPELLATION: Corvina Veronese IGT
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Corvina
PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly Vineyard placed nearby Verona in the beautiful location of Valpolicella, Veneto region, Italy.
VINIFICATION PROCESS: Handpicked and dried for 1 month, after the soft pressing of the Corvina grapes, follows a long maceration of 10 days. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22⁰
Suddendly the wine is divided from its marcs and is affined in Inox Tank.
ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES: Color: Deep and intense ruby red.
Taste: Structured, velvet-smooth, warm, with a balanced acidity at the end.
Bouquet: The nose recalls notes of red fruit such as black cherry, cherry and spicy notes of incense and pepper, typical aromas of the Corvina grape.
AGEING: 3 month in oak barrels.
BOTTLING: 6 months after bottling.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20⁰C.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Rich and tasty dishes such as dense soups, for example as pasta and beans or also strong red meats like Grilled or baked beef.

PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyard placed between Verona and Vicenza, in the beautiful location of the euganean Hills, In Veneto region, Italy.
VINIFICATION PROCESS:After the soft pressing of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, follows a long maceration of 15 days. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22⁰
ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES:
Color: Deep and intense purple with a violet tinge.
Taste: Fresh taste full bodied with incisive tannins.
Bouquet: The sensation at the nose is intense and decisive with pleasant herbaceous overtones, offering a tomato leaf note and fresh berries.
BOTTLING: 3 months after bottling
